Legendary service is a great company. Both Joe and Frank who I have interacted several times are customer focused, try to understand your need and provide services accordingly. We had an emergency this week when our older boiler stopped working and the house dropped to 45°F during sub-zero temperatures. I had a great experience with this company. My heat stopped working at the worst possible time, and they came through. The team installed a brand-new furnace along with a new thermostat and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home, and they explained everything clearly along the way. I’m in the Mundelein area, and I’m beyond grateful to have heat again. We had an issue with our sewage pump, and Frank W. was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed what was going on with our old pump, walked us through the fix, and replaced it with a new one without any hassle. On top of that, he took the time to answer a bunch of general plumbing and HVAC questions we had, and never made us feel rushed.Frank is incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. His work is methodical, clean, and very tidy. He clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. Frank came out for a service call today for a slow shower drain. His service, communication, knowledge, and friendliness all go way above and beyond- truly exemplary! Our shower drain and sink drain both had a buildup of gunk which Frank cleaned while he was running a flow test on our shower- again, absolutely above and beyond! Before leaving he also offered to take a look at anything else I had questions about- I’ve never had such thorough service. I am so appreciative of Frank and we plan to utilize him for any and all future plumbing needs! Thank you Frank!

Ben and Dillin were awesome . The best HVAC service people I have seen. They know what the're doing and they worked as a real team. They corrected mistakes that were made by previous contractors and they did beautiful piping work methodicaly, quickly, cleanly and professionaly. During my 50 + years of being a home owner in the north suburbs I've used a lot of plumbing and heating contractors. Outstanding service and great team. Ben, Dylan, and team spent several days at my house to get my plumbing up to date. I had an old house that was just full of all sorts of surprises. I joined the gold agreement club as I wanted peace of mind and ensuring things were getting caught before they became a bigger costlier problem. This also gave me a great discount on all the services I bundled together.First, I had a visit with Frank to install a garbage disposal and do an overall inspection and I gave him my wish list indicating breakdowns were needed so I could determine what would fit in my budget.I got multiple quotes and guidance on the differences. We had discussions on going tank less versus reverse osmosis (I ultimately chose tank less). After determining what was in budget I proceeded with a tank less water heater install, water softener with iron filtration, 2 new toilet installs, faucet install, battery back up sump pump, and finally getting the drain piping updated from copper to pvc.The team was very communicative letting me know when on their way and very respectful of the flooring and carpeting. I dragged in more dirt myself. They were also very friendly and warned when things were going to be shut off. They even determined where a mystery live wire was coming from and labeled my breaker box!All in all, I feel much better knowing all of the plumbing is safe is legal. I am enjoying the taste of water again and my hair not feeling like crap after a shower (we had very hard water before this).I highly recommend Legendary. I had used them a few years back for a new furnace (also fantastic service from Sean) and they immediately came to mind when I was ready for this project.
