From Codi who came out to review my old system and offer my options on a new system, to Sean who I spoke to on the phone and then to Colin and his partner who installed my new heat pump, furnace, humidifier and thermostat; they were all great.Colin and his partner were attentive to our home and careful while moving the new furnace in and the old furnace out. They removed the old components and boxes from the new equipment and cleaned up after themselves.They explained the operation of the new system, especially the new Daikin One thermostat. They then ensured the entire system was operational before they departed.Legendary Heating & Cooling came highly reccommended to me and I would now highly recommend them to anyone who needs heating, cooling or plumbing services.

Cody came to clean my two furnaces. He was polite explained the work he did and what would need to be done in the future. There was no high pressure to update and gave us an estimate on what a new furnace would cost when we are ready. He also offered to call us back to discuss everything with my husband.There was no cost because I pay a monthly maintenance fee.The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

HVAC:I've had a wonderful HVAC experience with Sean from Legendary. Last winter, we had our heat go out and he showed up within the hour and made sure to work late in order for us to have heat overnight. I was very appreciative that he had the problem solving skills to get everything working before the end of the day, especially because we have two small children. They have a really good warranty on pretty much all of their products and I recommend becoming part of their annual maintenance agreement - it includes discounts on any plumbing and HVAC work needed.Plumbing:I also recently had the pleasure of spending a few days with Frank and Dylan from Legendary while they:1. Hauled away an old tank water heater and replaced it with a new tankless water heater2. Replaced a rocking toilet with a brand new one3. Re-piped old galvanized steel pipes with new pex4. Changed the shower fixture from two knobs to a single shower valve5. Replaced an old wheel gate valve for the main shutoff with a new quarter turn ball valve6. Replaced an outdoor hose spigot and kitchen drain basketEverything was installed correctly and they worked hard to make sure the project was done in a timely manner. Our water pressure is now incredible and everything works great! I should also mention that while installing the new pex to our shower, they noticed and fixed a small leak with our tub drain which has likely been leaking behind our wall for awhile.Since we had such a large plumbing project, Sean made sure to show up periodically throughout the couple of days to ensure everything was on schedule and the work being done was of the highest quality. While Frank and Dylan did a great job, it also felt good to know that Sean was double checking everything was done well throughout the project.I highly recommend Legendary Services for both plumbing and HVAC work!

Called in an emergency, our AC went out in the middle of a heatwave. Customer service was quick about linking me with a tech who was able to come out same day. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Sean showed up early, which was very helpful. He walked through both issues we were having. He was able to fix our bathroom exhaust fan and gave suggestions if this didn’t help alleviate some of our humidity issues. He checked our furnace and whole home humidifier to make sure both were in good working order. He then checked the AC unit itself and ran diagnostics. Everything came back good. He then gave suggestions on how to control humidity issues in the house. He also suggested switching to an Ecobee thermostat which was helpful and insightful. Sean explained Legendary’s maintenance program.All in all our experience was great. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be using Legendary again

Legendary Service was quick to respond. They have emergency service hours but opted for regular hour service. What was originally a water heater problem became a ruptured seal from the toilet flooding onto the water heater. Frank was more than helpful and had everything fixed everything in a matter of hours and even took the time to fix the clog issue in the Piping. I really appreciate all the work he did and the extra advice he gave. I'm glad this company was the first call and I would use again if I ever get stationed back up here.

I had a kitchen sink issue ever since I moved in. Year after year I paid to have it cleaned out to no avail. Legendary came out and fixed the problem permanently. They had to bust through the cement under the dishwasher, they pulled out what appeared to be log size hardened grease. They completely cleaned the line, installed an access point and cleaned everything up. Sean, Frank and Dillion did a great job. Very respectful of my house and cleaning when they were through. Would highly recommend.

For the last 2 years we have been having issues with our sink it would get clogged up and we would run a rod down the plumbing and nothing would happen. we finally decided to call an expert, and we googled a plumbing company near us. due to your amazing reviews we decided to go with you guys. Sean was amazing. Our heat pump hadn’t been working for about 36 hours and our house was freezing. Another HVAC company I contacted first didn’t understand the system and needed to wait 4 more days to talk to a technical support line. So I called Legendary and 3 hours later Sean showed up and immediately knew what was going on. He got the heat back on very quickly and explained why it had stopped. I am very impressed!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a HVAC contractor. My furnace died and I opted to install a new unit. Sean was amazing. I was his last stop of the day. When he determined he wouldn’t be able to ‘band-aid’ my 16 year old unit to get the heat going he was quickly able to secure a new unit after hours (I had requested the new unit vs replacing the part). He called me at 8pm and told me his team would be back at 9am to do my install which floored me. I was expecting to have no heat for a day or two more. Before Sean left my house he left a space heater to help keep us warm. Sean’s team came the next day and was very respectful of my house and worked non-stop.I highly recommend Legendary. I was impressed with Sean’s sense of urgency to ensure my family’s comfort. It’s hard to find companies that take pride in their work like Legendary. I was so impressed that they will now become my go to plumber.

They educated us on different units and compared them. Recommended a Uv light and we also added on a 4” filter which have helped with dust in our home. We had a leak in the galvanized pipe in our utility room, Frank and an associate came out to refit the pipes the pipes with copper. They were professional and quick. Brian and Dylan helped with clearing out the Kitchen Sink blockage with a descaler and jetter. This was a recurring problem and we had called three different plumbing services in the last 2 months alone, and none of them used another tool except the drain snake. My original heater system went down. Called Legendary and Sean came quite quickly to the rescue. Very happy as I called another company prior who wouldn't get back and was putting me off. Legendary is the BEST of the BEST. They were very detailed at explaining problems and honesty gave different options and best case scenarios.They replaced full HVAC unit/heat pump System at reasonable cost. Wonderful experience. The gentlemen who completed the service (Sean and his helper) were very professional, knowledgable and honest. And of course they did great work. This was a routine servicing and unfortunately there were some small issues that needed to be addressed. This company also offers service agreements that you can pay for annually or monthly. I actually signed up for their silver service because it makes a-lot of sense. I would recommend Legendary. Great experience overall.

Joe did an amazing job at my home. He had to cut his tool cause of my blockage, but he didn't charge me for it. He quoted me at $271 before the work and thats all he charged me. All in all, 5 star service. He even inspected and told me the repairs to my water softener were good for free. I have added their number to the back of my well closet door so I know who to call immediately for service.

Legendary was very easy to work with. The quote for the new water heater installation was very reasonable and honest. Old hot water heater was shot. Joe from Legendary services suggested we go tankless, and patently explained all the benefits. So glad we made the switch. He even made a custom stand to hold the new unit. Very professional service men and price was better than any of the others. Thanks Joe!!!

Very professional. First time they came, just need a minute to find out the issue. They provided 4 packages to fix the problem. I had very good customer service from them and good communication. Everything got done in 4 hours with high quality service. Joe and Sean are super nice. I highly recommend this company if you have any heating, plumbing, and cooling problems. 😎

New homeowner here and I have nothing but wonderful things to share about this company!My wife and I learned a day after moving into our new home that we had water in our crawl. Joe broke down our sump installment into smaller projects that could be done over time so we can save money to fund these repairs. They even fixed our slow draining tub at a moments notice!Joe is great at constant communication on what is going on with the install and is there for you with any questions you may have. I highly recommend going with legendary service as I will continue to use their services with future home renovations to plumbing and hvac!

Sean Bucci & his team from Legendary Services replaced our Furnace & HVAC system. He & his team were professional & very attentive to our questions & concerns. They were courteous, efficient, & very cognizant of cleanup after work was completed.They had installed a tankless water heater, with the same professionalism, recently. Kudos to this business for super technicians.

We had an emergency sewage flood on a Saturday after noon and legendary service answered right away and was able to send someone out the same day. Unfortunate for us, our AC also stopped working the same day but fortunately legendary service came and fixed everything. They were professional, on time, and thoroughly explained the issues and solutions. I can’t recommend them enough!

Sean was the first to respond to my service request. Even though he was extremely busy, he made the time to come out to my house the same day (after hours) to evaluate my furnace issue… He gave me options and stayed in contact throughout the process… We decided to order replacement parts as opposed to replacing the furnace… Sean was upfront about costs, timelines, etc… He has a wealth of knowledge and knows what he is doing… Not the cheapest service offered but definitely top notch…. He also takes the time to explain the details about what’s going on, and he looks at the big picture to offer advice about potential issues that may arise with older equipment… We won’t hesitate to call Legendary back out for any of our future HVAC or pluming needs.
