We had an emergency sewage flood on a Saturday after noon and legendary service answered right away and was able to send someone out the same day. Unfortunate for us, our AC also stopped working the same day but fortunately legendary service came and fixed everything. They were professional, on time, and thoroughly explained the issues and solutions. I can’t recommend them enough!

Legendary came recommended because of their positive reviews. When my hot water heater bit the dust, they were very responsive and came out the same day to install a new one. Sean was the first to respond to my service request. Even though he was extremely busy, he made the time to come out to my house the same day (after hours) to evaluate my furnace issue… He gave me options and stayed in contact throughout the process… We decided to order replacement parts as opposed to replacing the furnace… Sean was upfront about costs, timelines, etc… He has a wealth of knowledge and knows what he is doing… Not the cheapest service offered but definitely top notch…. He also takes the time to explain the details about what’s going on, and he looks at the big picture to offer advice about potential issues that may arise with older equipment… We won’t hesitate to call Legendary back out for any of our future HVAC or pluming needs.
